Terms of service

The agreement between you and SteamPlay for buying and using digital products.

Last updated 12 October 2026EU / Ireland

1. Who we are

SteamPlay is an independent digital retailer operated by SteamPlay Digital Store. You can reach us at support@steamplay.store or through the Discord community.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the payment method.

2. Products and delivery

All products are digital codes, licence keys, gift card codes or account top-ups. Delivery is made by email to the address supplied at checkout and is normally completed within 60 seconds for in-stock products.

Region restrictions are displayed on each product page. It is your responsibility to check that the product matches your platform account region before purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal or Coinbase Commerce; SteamPlay never stores full card numbers.

We may correct pricing errors before fulfilment. If a corrected price is higher than the price you paid, we will contact you and offer a full refund before delivery.

4. Refunds and replacements

Digital content is supplied immediately and, once a code has been revealed, is non-refundable except where required by law or where the product is faulty.

If a code is invalid, already redeemed or does not match the listing, contact support with your order reference. We will replace the code or issue a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or automate the purchase of products in a way that circumvents stock limits, fraud controls or regional restrictions.

We may suspend accounts and cancel orders connected to payment fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorised resale.

6. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description. We are not responsible for platform outages, account bans caused by third-party terms of service, or regional restrictions that were clearly disclosed.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
