Refund policy

If a code is invalid, already redeemed, region-locked contrary to the listing, or otherwise not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

Open a ticket within 14 days of purchase with the order reference and a screenshot of the redemption error.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once a code has been revealed. Unrevealed codes may be refunded within 14 days at our discretion.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the unlock date. Once the key is delivered, the standard digital-content rules apply.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically settle in 3–5 business days; PayPal and crypto refunds may take longer depending on the network.
